A couple of days ago, I had a get-together with friends, and I decorated the table using red and purple scarves (my new favorite color combo). It was a fun way to make the table more festive and a good conversation piece.
Another idea that I really want to do is have a mannequin, like this one, in a living or bed room, where I can change up the look as I get inspired, draping it with scarves and other materials. To me, it seems like a kind of changeable and evolving sculpture. Or this one.

Lastly, as both a window decoration and storage, you can install a curtain (or even a towel) rod either over or towards the middle of a smaller window. Then drape scarves over it to get a multicolored curtain. I would try a rainbow pattern.
