Who cares about what's in style? Dress for yourself!
For some reason, I got an itch in my brain to wear one of my head scarves as a wide belt. I thought it would be a great divider between the purple and burgundy colors that go so well together. This was a very satisfying outfit, with the rich color combo and graphic print to break it up. It was also super comfortable, as maxi skirts usually are. The earrings and ring from michal negrin have even more beautiful and rich colors.

On the day that I wore this, I had a wedding to go to at night. I put on an LBD, some heels, and a swipe of lipcolor- I was ready to go! I kept the same head covering, as it was pretty enough for an occasion.

I really enjoy the flapper-ish feel of your scarf, and the way that you used accessories in the same color to combine several accessories without it getting overdone. Really lovely.
ReplyDeletethank you. I try to keep accessories usually to a minimum because I feel like I'm too short to pile it on...
