On the October 2013 issue of Instyle, there is Julianne Moore with a beautiful green and purple statement necklace. Even though those colors can, in perhaps the wrong combination, remind us of Barney, they are so powerful together.



Lately, I have been experimenting with purple and fun combos, like purple and red- inspired by this pair of boots from Brian Atwood.

Outfit details-head scarf-israel-earrings-aldo-blazer-ann taylor-tee-gap-dress-joe fresh-shoes-bamboo-necklace-h&m. Makeup is purple pencil liner and black mascara, with a little highlighter on my brow bone.
Just btw, I keep going back to Joe Fresh at JCPenney. Their stuff is simple, comfortable, and chic, not to mention inexpensive. This dress is sooo soft and versatile.

Also, I now have two pairs of flats from bamboo (I got them from Strawberry), these slippers and the strappy ones. They are comfortable and inexpensive. I think they will become my new go-to for flats.
